The Piedmont Folkways Show is a weekly live show on Facebook and YouTube that launched on Wednesday, May 13, 2020.
The show is hosted by two of Iredell Counties best musicians, Danny Wicker, known for acoustic blues and Americana music (Wicker & Jones Piedmont Blues and American Holler), and Jason Wood, known for traditional bluegrass (Wood Family Tradition and Wicker & Wood).
The weekly show music includes bluegrass, Piedmont blues, gospel, folk singer-songwriters, and Americana.
SteveDave's Bluegrass Roadshow is the first Thursday every month. Hosted by Steven Davidson (The Charlotte Bluegrass Allstars, The Local Boys, and Coddle Creek) it is a live performance at the Cedar Stump Pub in Troutman, NC.
Steven is joined by a rotating cast of some of the regions finest musicians. Come out and enjoy the show which is a joint presentation of Piedmont Folkways and the Cedar Stump Pub.
