Piedmont Folkways was formed in 2017 to share an interesting story and to increase public awareness and access to regional traditional music, folk tales, stories, and historical events.  This process includes historical research, writing and producing performance pieces for live theater, broadcasting a weekly live radio show, special events with visiting artists, and podcasts.
